    OUR PRODUCT IS AN OVERSIZED ITEM WITH SHIPPING CARRIERS. We offer flat rate shipping to keep the costs down for our customers.  
    Canada Post's expedited shipping is provided if your shipping address is anywhere in Canada.As soon as we ship your order, you will be sent a confirmation email with your shipment information including your Canada Post tracking number. Your tracking number can be used to track your package until it reaches its destination. 
    We are now Shipping with Fedex during the Christmas season. We are offering a Flat rate of $40. We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes with Fedex. 
    When will my order ship? When will it arrive?
    After completing your online purchase, you will receive an email showing when your products have been shipped. Orders ship within 3 business days unless otherwise specified. Once shipped your confirmation email will include all of your shipment information and your shipment tracking number. Shipments can take anywhere from one to three weeks depending on your location.
    How do I track my Order?
    All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email containing your Canada Post Tracking Number. Visit www.canadapost.ca to track the package.
    What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
    Order Date is the date that your order was placed online for processing. Ship Date is the date that your order was shipped via Canada Post
    Returns and Exchanges

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. To return or exchange your Growth Chart, please email us at blossomandsproutcharts@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt. If you are making a return, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. However, shipping charges cannot be refunded. And return and exchange shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
    Please remember, if you are making a return or exchange, you are responsible for packing the product well. When shipping, place the merchandise in the original package, or similar packaging, and ship it to the address below via an insured shipping method Canada Post,  UPS,  or FedEx. We will not be able process any exchanges or returns for merchandise damaged due to improper packaging or damaged prior to returning.
    RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE
    Please inspect your package before signing. In the event that your package and chart arrives damaged: For orders that are being shipped via freight carrier or courier they need
    to be inspected at the depot or upon delivery for damage.  They are all
    insured in case of damage, but need to be noted on the waybill before
    leaving for the insurance to be valid.  This is very important and is the
    only way damages to shipment can be discounted, or replaced.  *VERY
